Democratisation Process
Through an agreement between AfricAvenir and the German Heinrich Böll Foundation, three seminars and 18 African palavers were organised on "Democratisation, Decentralisation and Ethnicity in a Democratic System" in Douala, Yaoundé and in different villages like Boadibo, Dibombari, Bossedi, Buea, Limbe, Tiko, Dizangue, Edea and Pouma. During three months the rural population which is often left out of the political discourse could express itself on different topics related to democracy in Cameroon.
